Darryl Wilburn started Wilburn’s Carpet Cleaning Specialists in November of 1997. The company objective was (and still is) to exceed his clients’ expectations. He accomplishes this through a personal commitment to excellence and continuous education in the carpet cleaning industry. Wilburn not only services the carpet cleaning needs of his clients, but also provides education in reference to the carpet cleaning process to help maximize the beauty and longevity of your carpet. He educates his clients of potential health risks if carpets have not been properly maintained. Finally, he explains the importance of deep cleaning, spot removal, utilizing carpet protectants, and properly eliminating pet odors. He is also an expert in tile and grout cleaning.
Darryl Wilburn, owner of Wilburn’s Carpet Cleaning Specialists, is a native of Charlotte and a 25-year veteran of the Charlotte Fire Department. He currently holds the rank of Captain. As a professional fire fighter, Darryl understands the essentials of excellent customer service and applies the same principles in services to his carpet cleaning customers. He makes sure his customers understand that their carpet will look good, remain cleaner, and last longer if it is cared for properly. Good carpet maintenance consists of using doormats inside and out, vacuuming often, and removing spots from spills immediately. Carpets should also be professionally cleaned as needed.
Darryl is licensed and insured. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration and a member of the Bridgepoint Cleaning Specialist organization.
